Then Tack-Q the place where he was doing Tack-Q. You will get the cookie box open. Go away then come back. Then go to 19c him and talk to him. He'll smell the cookies and go back to his mothers. You won't get anything out of this but at least you can finally get a boy and his mother back together again.
