Start up a single player game offline/online and get out 10,000 meseta and put it on ur character (cannot be in bank!). Quit the game then go to change characters and pick that character where u should have the options Confirm, Recreate, Cancel, etc. It should now have "Dressing Room" as one of the options pick it. It will ask for 10,000 meseta(this is reason y u needed money) say yes and it will let u change hair, head, and clothing. You cannot change height or name.
