To do a Mondo Roll hold either left or right on the D-pad and push the a button twice. You should end up on your side wheels with one half the car in the air. Another 2 second bonus, the Giant Heli, is to hold left or right on the D-pad while you are holding down the a button which is the accel button. To subtract 1 second from your time at the end of a race you can hit the a button twice. The fron end of your car should go up. You can do this over a car or a jump. Both, the one second and the two second bonus, have to be entered right before a jump in order to work. They can be used as many times as you want.
