In the stunts course, get a lot of speed and line
yourself up with either edge of the purple ramp
near the moonrocks so that 2 wheels will be off
the ramp when you hit it. If you hit it right,
you will be spinning so fast that the game won't
be able to register how many points, or even
spins, you are making. Unless you turn away from
the roll right after you hit the ground, you will
almost never land it correctly. This will earn
you a lot of points.
