Use a text editor to edit the "*.cfg" file in the "profiles" sub-directory in the game directory. Change the "Developer" "0" entry to "Developer" "1". Note: This must be done prior to each time the game is started. Additionally, locate the "enabledevice "##mouse" line in the file.
