The entrance counts for a secret credit. Go to where you pick up the "Attrexian Arc Launcher". Shoot the wall at the end of the room (faced when you first enter the vault). A Super Mario Brothers pipe will appear. If you are having problems finding it, use the structural integrity view on your Tricorder. The controls are still the same, but it can be a bit confusing.
