Note the license plate (the white digits and letters in the lower-right side of the screen in the thing like a radio); 3. Equip it with anything you want; 4. SAVE the car; 5. Go into Explorer (or anything else you use); 6. Go into the Streets folder; 7. Go into the GAMES\NEW CARS folder; 8. Copy the file named *******.car, where ******* is the label noted at step 2 into the Streets folder\GAMES\USED CARS.
