If you are playing with one team, you must insert a new player to have two teams. (if your team isn't very good, you should insert a better team). 2. Now try to buy the player you want to sell with the new team, but make a very very small offert: so if the team that are watching your player is actually interested in him, it will try to buy the player immediatly: exactly what do you want it to do.
