Ive always wondered what fortress are for, i mean i knew they stored your soldiers but i didnt know that they didnt count against your population. Me and my brother always play 2 friends of ours on a LAN and its always been pretty even. But now since ive figured this out we will destroy them until they figured out our secrets. Build lots of fotress and keep on putting soldiers in there, you can fit up to 40 of anything but if they cost 2 pop limit it takes up that much space in the fortress.
