It uses your little meter up way too fast. I hardly ever use it. I recall using it one time. What I did use was shootdodge though. Its GREAT! Shootdodge as much as possible, around corners, through doors, up stairs, everywhere. If you just aim at the peoples head and neck region and allow yourself the time to recover from the shootdodge then this is all you will need. Forget about bullettime.
