Most of the enemy ships can outmaneuver you and there are so many of them you can't concentrate on any one ship for too long. Hint: Use the scatter-fire laser constantly to hunt for secrets and doors. Your shots will glow redish-pink when you hit anything you can manipulate or destroy. Some of these items cannot be manipulated directly so you may have to look for a switch; but at least you'll spend less time fooling with dead objects. Hint: If you have trouble controlling your ship try turning inertia and head movement off. Maybe it's less realistic, but when was the last time a space fleet showed up to destroy Earth?
