An easy way to take out everthing with one shot is to pick an aircraft with large unguided bombs and fly right over the top of the crater. When you're in the center of it climb staight up and get some altitude. Reverse and nose down and you should be diving straight down to the center of the crater. Pickle your bomb in the center of the crater,release,and pull out. Make sure you're high enough before you nose over and dive or you won't make the pull out and you'll end up in the mountain.
