Use a anti-gravity e99 fan to glide up to it. Once you get in there should be a multi-power up on the left in the doorway. Choose ion charge and swing on the orbs and just follow the hall into a room. After you use the savepoint in the room find another door out of the room into a boss round. First trap the four guys in the pods, don`t lead more than one guy in a pod or it won`t trap them. After you`ve trapped all the guys go after the main boss.
