Megaman X4 cheats / Megaman X4 hints / Megaman X4 faqs / Megaman X4 solutions Megaman X4 cheat codes Arm Capsule First in the title screen hilight Megaman X and press Circle,Circle, Left (6) and hold L1+L2 until the game begins. Then beat the intro. stages and choose the Storm Owl level then beat area 1 and go to area 2. You will then see a lot of ladders and little robots that shoot red lasers. After you beat them go on a little platfom that moves so you don't fall in the spikes. While you are moving you will see spikes on the wall above you. To avoid the spikes use Web Spider's Lightning Web and climb on it then jump quickly so the web doesn't dissapear and above you will see Proffessor Light's Arm Capsule.
