Then when you are in the middle of the bridge fall/jump off towards your left. If done f22 properly you will end up in a cave by the water fall. Continue from there and you will end up on the track that takes you down to the village. This hint is hard to accomplish but very valuable when your behind or just get in front of the other racers and want to get a big lead.
