After doing so you will see a door that the flames were blocking. You enter this door and you will be able to go into a building. In this building you will find the oil additive. Then you leave the building and when you leave the door that the fire was blocking you will find nemesis. At this point you defeat nemesis and he will drop Custom western shotgun parts A. After you do this you must find all the remaining items you need for the cable car. When doing so you head back towards the cable car to use all required items for the cable car and on your way you meet nemesis in the all before the cable car. Once again you must defeat nemesis and upon doing so he should drop custom western shotgun parts B. When you have done this you simply combine both parts A and B. After doing so you then have the custom western shotgun.(note: When you pick up the gun parts they may have a different name like ME37, these parts are the same as the custom western parts.
