There is a hidden eighth class called "Champion". The Champion class has base stats of 95 for all abilities and possible max stats of 100 for all abilities. To make this class available, first create 29 officers in create an officer mode. Then, start to make a 30th officer. When you are prompted for what type/class officer 30 should be, the champion class should now be available. Please note that the champion class is available for officer 30 only.
