Blow that door open at the end and wait for Aramov to appear. Now get far enough away(but not too far!).At the very first moment when you can't see her, aim with the H11, and even though you are far away, it should say head shot. Also, there is another way to tell if you are far enough away. The word "Hostage" should appear. At that same moment, try to find 1a8 Aramov's head. Fire, and it's good bye Aramov.
