This means that the leader is last every time. Not only do you get extra exp. and goth, but sometimes they drop a rare item. I mean impossible-to-get-any- other-way-but-really-good items, like a bows that deals over 400 damage in the hands of a good archer and a shield that cancels any and all magic damage.
