While wearing a police uniform walk into the bathroom of 109 and you will see the bathtub filled with blood. Walk over the mirror and face the mirror with the bathtub behind you. Wait a couple of seconds the blue figure (the head and part of the shoulders) will show up and hover over the tub...Kind of creepy.
