When you start there will be flowers floating on the river. Jump from flower to flower to get to her. She will sing and hearts will come out, if you are hit by a heart then you fall in love and get hurt, who ever said love doesn't stink. When you get to her then you have to slash her, she will blow you away and do it over until you beat her. She then will get even madder and you will have to avoid giant objects she tosses at you and avoid getting shocked from her pulse shield. When you get a chance to hit her slash her quickly.
