First when you begin he will either dash at you or try to attack you in different ways. Run to the side and double jump or use the dash hoop to evade him and attack him in the back to knock him in the spikes to hurt him. He will then make things drop from the sky or pound o efd n the ground. You will have to do this over and over until he is defeated. But he will get away and you can't catch him.
