Make Cops Drown
When you start in Chicago, go straight down the
road. You should
ec0
start getting chased by cops.
Slalom through lamposts and other cars to make
the cops fall behind, but don't lose control or
turn of the road. When you get to the draw
bridge, it should be almost all the way up. Go
over it. Push R2 and L2 at the same time to look
behind you. If you did what I said, you should
see atleast 1 cop fall through the gap in bridge.
This will make your Felony meter go up.
