Just before the tunnel there is a road on the left. Drive to the end of the road, there will be a wall. turn right into the grass until you find a meter (looks kind of like a parking meter). Get out of your car and while next to the meter press triangle. The secret area will be opened. get into the car and drive through the secret area (ignoring the left turns). Drive to the end, turn right and follow it down making continuous left turns. When you reach the bottom, turn left, right, and left again. follow that tunnel down to the end and the car is on a risen platform. There is a switch on the right.
