Flat bed truck: You will most likely find it around the docks and down west of them to. In other words the industrial area. This truck is as rare to find as the fire engine in chicago.well to me anyway. Drive around that area for a bit. All of a sudden that truck will pop out of nowhere about 20 feet ahead or behind you, so always be on the look out. Bus: simple, go to Old havana (Far East). drive around there for awhile, its especially easy to find because its large and youll hear crashing when it goes around a corner because it has the worst handling, it also has a distinctive engine sound.
